Responsabilidades

• Manage the company phone line and direct calls to team members.
• Greet visitors and elevate the client experience.
• Maintain office appearance and manage supplies.
• Support client account openings, transfers and maintenance.
• Coordinate meetings and team lunches; assist with scheduling client appointments.
