Qualifications

• 3+ years in client services or administrative roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute processes for new accounts, transfers, money movement, and account maintenance.
• Navigate multiple assignments simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Work directly with advisors and clients to deliver on client needs and objectives.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact, building strong relationships with clients over time.
• Assist in general office administration, including firmwide projects across client services, operations, and planning.
• Support scheduling, correspondence, and workflow coordination across the team.
• Use the firm’s CRM platform to maintain accurate client records, key dates, and communication notes.
• Leverage analytics to refine and improve client service processes over time.
