Northeast Private Client Group is a boutique financial advisory firm seeking a Client Relationship Associate in Florham Park, NJ. You will be the primary contact for a dedicated client group, translating advisor direction to back-office teams and driving timely completion of tasks.

You’ll manage client communications, onboarding, and ongoing service, coordinating across service, planning, insurance, and investment teams to keep timelines and records accurate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business/finance/economics.
• High accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Team player with ability to organize and multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with listed software is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary day-to-day contact for a group of client households.
• Translate advisor direction to back-office instructions and follow through.
• Maintain client timelines, paperwork, meetings, and next steps.
• Coordinate and track work across service, planning, insurance, and investment teams.
• Support onboarding, account access, and signature processes.
