Job summary

NorthRock Partners, LLC. is seeking a Client Experience Associate to support day-to-day client service, onboarding, meeting prep, and office coordination.

You will ensure accurate client records, respond to inquiries, and assist with events in partnership with Marketing and Client Experience teams. The role demands strong communication, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client service role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication across in-person, phone, and email interactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare advisor-ready meeting materials, follow-up documentation, and client communications.
• Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Collect and interpret client documents to support service requests and inquiries.
• Support client onboarding, servicing, meeting execution, and post-meeting follow-up.
• Collaborate with Client Service Associates to refine processes and improve efficiency.
• Represent the NorthRock brand in client and internal interactions.
