Job summary

Golden Reserve seeks an experienced Regional Client Administrator to oversee its Pittsburgh, PA locations. The RCA blends reception and office management into a sales-support role focused on superior client experiences.

You will handle client communications, manage regional office operations, and maintain filing systems while supporting the sales and operations teams with a world-class service mindset.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years+ of administrative support experience, including phone support.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Teams).
• Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading and communication skills.
• GRIT – ownership, accountability and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outbound client communication and correspondence.
• Manage internal operational aspects of the region's offices (inventory, client experience).
• Maintain client filing system and provide world-class client service.
