This in-office role will serve clients in the Pittsburgh area, aligning with our rapid growth and multi-office presence.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in financial services, a commitment to service quality, and the ability to collaborate with Sales and Support teams to advance client needs daily.

Qualifications

• Two years+ of financial services experience.
• Life Insurance Annuity Application excellence: completion, monitoring and management.
• GRIT: accountability, ownership and problem-solving in a blue-collar mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the back-end client sales process and build client Roadmaps (financial plans).
• Deliver first-line ongoing client support and service.
• Facilitate start-to-finish insurance application execution.
