Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in client management
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building
• Experience in sports, media, or entertainment a plus

Responsibilities

• Work with client teams to implement and execute programs aligned with goals
• Serve as primary client contact, coordinating meetings and updates
• Lead and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outputs
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners
• Proactively bring ideas to clients to meet objectives
• Provide timely client service and exceed expectations
• Monitor industry trends to drive results
