Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas is seeking a Client Experience Manager - Corporate to support the Meeting and Convention Sales team in achieving financial goals through customer engagement and exceptional client experiences.

You will manage customer experiences during site inspections, industry events, and on-site programs, coordinating with sales, operations, and vendors to ensure memorable experiences and drive repeat business.

Qualifications

  • Excellent oral, written, verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required.
  • 2+ years of prior Hotel Meeting Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site inspections for assigned properties or team members, coordinating with sales for transportation, accommodations, upgrades and amenities.
  • Entertain meeting customers in Las Vegas to strengthen relationships, e.g., meals or shows.
  • Collaborate with Meeting Operations to plan daily meet and greets and on-site entertainment to exceed expectations and secure future opportunities.
  • Assist in development and execution of key customer and industry events in Las Vegas (e.g., IMEX, CVENT Connect).
  • Communicate property updates and market insights to in-market and enterprise sales teams to drive knowledge and selling efforts.

Job Summary

The Client Experience Manager - Caesars Entertainment will have responsibility for supporting the Meeting and Convention Sales team in achieving the company’s financial goals through customer engagement and client experiences.This will include the management of customers while they are in Las Vegas for site inspections,industryand customer events and/or on-site for their meeting or convention.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary
  • Conduct site inspections for assigned properties or team members including initial communication and planning call withsales person, details associated with ground transportation, hotel accommodations/upgrades, customized amenities, restaurant and show reservations and any other details that would supporta competitivelydifferentiated experience for the customer(s) to help win the business.Document all aspects of the customer’s experience in Salesforce including feedback andfollow upsteps for the respectivesalesperson.
  • Create opportunities to build stronger relationships withmeetingcustomers by entertaining them when they are in Las Vegas on business and not necessarily tied to a site inspection.Opportunities may include hostingguestsat a meal or show.
  • Work in conjunction with Meeting Operations to attend pre-cons, plan dailymeet and greets and entertainment of customers while on-site for their programs to ensure customer expectations are exceededin order tosecure the next opportunity.Communicate feedback and follow up to thesalesperson in a timely manner.
  • Assistin development and execution of key customer and industryevents asassignedto takeplace in Las Vegas, such as IMEX, CVENT Connect and more.
  • Effectively communicate property, competitive market and destination updates to the In-Market, EnterpriseSalesand Key Accounts teamstodrive knowledge for thoserepresentingand selling Las Vegas tomeetingcustomers. This includes updating all resources to ensure they are easily accessible by the teams.
  • Build strong relationships with meeting operationsin order tofurther build knowledge of property details anddeliver-oncustomer commitments.
  • Utilize the CRM (Salesforce) to document all aspects of communication with thecustomers,includingsite-inspection plans, feedback and follow up steps from on-site experiences,preferencesand more.
  • Ensure expense reports are completed andsubmittedbyspecificdue dates.
What You Will Need
  • Excellent oral, written, verbal communication,interpersonal,and presentation skillsrequired.
  • BA/BS degreepreferred butnotrequired.
  • 2+ years of prior Hotel Meeting Sales Experience preferred.
