Dylan Cornelius Management is seeking a part-time Client Experience & Lead Manager to be the first voice for future clients, handling calls and guiding leads through the next steps.

You will manage inquiries across Yelp, Google, LinkedIn, and social channels, contribute to lead nurturing, WordPress article writing and distribution, and collaborate with the team using Asana and Confluence.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls and screen leads.
• Ability to guide potential clients to the next step.
• Familiarity with keeping records in a CRM.
• Comfort with WordPress articles and social media sharing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from platforms like Google, Yelp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and our website
• Conduct call screening to direct leads, clients, and sales/marketing inquiries appropriately
• Guide potential clients to the right next step: scheduling link, intake form, or program sales page
• Maintain clear, updated records of all interactions in Keap CRM
• Monitor and manage Yelp lead inquiries and ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up
• Publish and share WordPress articles across relevant channels
• Assist with social media posting and interactions, including inbound/outbound communication
• Collaborate with the team using Asana and Confluence
