The CES acts as a service escalation point, communicates proactively with clients, and collaborates with Investment Advisors to deliver high-quality service while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of financial services or client service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage complex service workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex client service workflows across advisor teams.
• Serve as escalation point for challenging client service issues.
• Communicate proactively with clients regarding service matters and account needs.
• Oversee complex transactions including transfers, account updates, and operational requests.
• Prepare reports and client documentation; coordinate service with custodians.
• Lead by example and coach junior service team members.
