Job summary

Cambridge is seeking a Service Experience Specialist to provide operational and administrative support to financial professionals and clients within the Service Experience team. You will process account-related activities, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high level of service delivery.

You will interpret policies, resolve service issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and improve client experience.
