Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, client service, or office coordination.
• Comfortable making outgoing calls and asking for reviews and referrals.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Professional, upbeat, and organized.
• Proficient with or willing to learn Google Workspace, CRMs, and scheduling tools.
• Able to document notes accurately after every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Make outgoing calls to current, past, and potential clients.
• Follow up after estimates and advance sales opportunities.
• Provide front-office support and manage lead flow.
• Assist sales reps with calendars and follow-up needs.
• Gather accurate project information from clients.
• Respond to inquiries via website, email, text, and social channels.
• Maintain thorough notes in company systems.
• Provide preliminary estimates and ballpark pricing from the office.
• Identify additional sales opportunities during client conversations.
• Support admin, marketing, and communications aspects of sales.
• Plan and participate in local events to network.
