PJI Law in Fairfax, VA seeks a full-time Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to serve as an ambassador for the firm, enhancing the client journey and brand across events, content, and campaigns.

You will build partnerships, coordinate seminars and events, produce promotional content, and support marketing initiatives while maintaining brand standards and fostering growth in the community.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and strategic partners through outreach, networking, and follow-up.
• Coordinate client and referral partner appreciation initiatives, gifting, reviews, and other relationship-building efforts.
• Champion and elevate the client experience across the entire journey, from the initial hello and consultation through the signing ceremony and thoughtful follow-up communications that nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, webinars, networking events, sponsorships, and community events.
• Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content, including short‑form videos, Reels, attorney interviews, and other promotional content.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and content across social media, email, digital, print, the firm's website, and other marketing channels.
• Help maintain the firm's brand standards across client experiences, events, communications, and marketing materials.
• Research referral opportunities, community partnerships, market trends, AI tools, and other opportunities to support the firm's continued growth.
• As a team player, support the Director of Marketing and assist with other marketing, communications, and business development initiatives as necessary.
