Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in legal marketing, ideally with a small firm or marketing agency.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Familiarity with law firm operations, legal intake, and attorney–client engagement.
• Ability to communicate and engage with attorneys, vendors, and professionals.
• Experience in marketing, business development, and networking in the legal field.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Meta platforms, CRM (Zoho), social media, and digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support implementation of consumer and lawyer campaigns.
• Manage consumer and lawyer growth and business development.
• Assist vendors in managing paid and non-paid marketing campaigns.
• Track marketing metrics, including lead conversions and ROI.
• Coordinate with marketing vendors and legal intake for growth and data reporting.
• Organize all consumer and lawyer marketing and growth activities.
• Develop community management strategies and engage legal professionals.
• Lead non-paid marketing strategies to attract lawyer recruits and collaborate with sales.
• Present products to participating and prospective lawyers and conduct demos.
