Job summary

PJI Law, PLC in Fairfax seeks a Marketing & Client Experience Coordinator to enhance the client journey, nurture referral partnerships, and bring the firm’s brand to life through thoughtful marketing initiatives.

This role requires a proactive, energetic communicator who can balance events, content creation, and campaigns while upholding our professional standards and community focus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and strategic partners through outreach, networking, and follow-up.
• Coordinate client and referral partner appreciation initiatives, gifting, reviews, and other relationship-building efforts.
• Champion and elevate the client experience across the entire journey, from the initial hello and consultation through the signing ceremony and thoughtful follow-up communications that nurture long-term client relationships.
• Assist with planning and coordinating seminars, webinars, networking events, sponsorships, and community events.
• Capture, edit, and produce photo and video content, including short-form videos, Reels, attorney interviews, and other promotional content.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and content across social media, email, digital, print, the firm's website, and other marketing channels.
• Help maintain the firm's brand standards across client experiences, events, communications, and marketing materials.
• Research referral opportunities, community partnerships, market trends, AI tools, and other opportunities to support the firm's continued growth.
• As a team player, support the Director of Marketing and assist with other marketing, communications, and business development initiatives as necessary.
