You will lead VIP events, front-of-house experiences, and culture moments, collaborating with Marketing, HR, and Facilities. A strong focus on budgets, organization, and wellness-oriented initiatives is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hospitality or office management experience.
• Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overtime as needed and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Hospitality & Guest Experience: Oversee client and guest experience; coordinate high-quality meeting and event experiences.
• Events & Programming: Lead culture moments; plan and produce large-scale internal and external events; support firmwide programs.
• Community & Culture: Manage internal communications; support community engagement and affinity groups; oversee employee perks.
• Workplace Experience: Partner with Facilities to implement office protocols; manage space usage and cleanliness; coordinate external organizations.
