Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Experience leading large cross-functional strategic programs across complex organizations.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate client, market, and organizational insights into strategic and operational improvements.
• Experience working in a globally matrixed organization with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HDR’s enterprise-wide client experience program, defining vision and strategy, governance, and implementation aligned with company direction and the Strategic Plan.
• Advise and coach leaders on client feedback, relationship strategies, issue resolution, and actions to strengthen trust and loyalty.
• Oversee client feedback systems and related research, analyzing data to guide actions and improve outcomes.
• Partner with corporate teams to develop tools, training, and resources that strengthen client experience capabilities and accountability.
