Position Overview: Join our team as a Client Experience Coordinator and be the friendly face that greets clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they receive prompt and efficient direction to the right individual or department. You'll also manage monetary transactions seamlessly, navigate carrier websites with ease, and take on exciting special projects and tasks assigned by our supportive management team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a positive impact on every client interaction.

Work Arrangement: This is a full-time position working in our office in Taunton, MA.

Professional Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by answering all incoming calls warmly and professionally, ensuring prompt redirection to the appropriate internal contact.
  • Efficiently screening and distributing incoming calls to ensure timely responses.
  • Greeting and assisting clients visiting our office, ensuring they receive a positive and helpful experience.
  • Processing client payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing client appointments across multiple locations.
  • Taking ownership of additional tasks as assigned, demonstrating attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Coordinating supply requests for your location, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Maintaining a tidy and professional front desk area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Reporting building issues promptly and accurately to the appropriate contacts.
  • Undertaking special projects as directed by our leadership team.
  • Utilizing downtime to contribute to data cleanup efforts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a specified office
  • Rotating virtual Saturday and Thursday night shifts
  • Client facing and location-based position
  • Must have a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Must report to work in appropriate professional attire
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
