Job summary

Skin Pharm in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a full-time Client Coordinator to join our front office as we open Spring 2027. You will check patients in and out, provide product and service information, take payments and schedule future appointments.

You’ll facilitate the Skin Pharm experience for existing and new patients, answer phones, perform administration tasks, keep the front room welcoming, and organize products and displays to support sales.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with office software and patient records systems.
• Ability to take direction and work independently.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Check patients in and out at the front desk.
• Provide product and service information, take payments, and schedule future appointments.
• Answer phones and perform a variety of administrative tasks.
• Ensure the front room is clean, welcoming, and well-organized for patients.
• Reorganize product displays and assist with store layout when patients shop.
