The role requires strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with CRM and Excel, and a High School diploma or equivalent. Some travel and ongoing training opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; securities industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels.
• Ability to organize, manage, and track multiple tasks with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Services a high volume of daily interactions with clients via phone, in-person, virtually, and mailings.
• Process client financial transactions and expense reports with accuracy.
• Open new client accounts and research client information using internal systems.
• Prepare letters, forms and reports to assist servicing existing clients and prospecting for new clients.
• Create and maintain CRM records and assist with marketing events.
