Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily workflow and performance of the Client Coordinator team.
• Ensure orders and client information are handled accurately.
• Collaborate with Client Relationship Managers to support accounts across the organization.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client issues and service problems.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of Client Coordinators.
• Coordinate client service activities with other departments to meet objectives.
• Promote clear communication between Client Coordinators, CRM, purchasing, operations, warehousing, and delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow, response times, and client experience.
