Job summary

Barry’s is seeking Client Specialists to serve as the first line of contact at our studios. You will manage front desk duties, assist clients with class selections and bookings, and maintain a welcoming environment that reflects the Barry’s brand.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the Fuel Bar, handling POS transactions, and performing light facility maintenance. The role requires excellent communication, a team attitude, and a passion for health and fitness.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s Mission, Vision and Values.
• Full-time or part-time schedule available.
• Must be available for minimum hours (weekends included) and follow studio operating hours.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: assist clients, welcome guests, book classes, upsell memberships and merchandise.
• Fuel Bar: prepare and serve protein smoothies, take orders, handle POS transactions.
• Facility Maintenance: keep studios clean, restock supplies, assist with equipment and locker rooms.
• Customer Service: ensure high level of hospitality, maintain client database, engage with community events.
