Job summary

Barry’s is seeking a Client Specialist to be the first point of contact at our studios. You will manage front desk duties, assist clients with class selections and bookings, and act as a brand ambassador delivering memorable experiences in a high-energy environment.

You will also handle Fuel Bar service, assist with merchandise, and help maintain a clean, welcoming studio space. Flexibility with schedules, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality skills and alignment with Barry’s mission, values and brand.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and varied shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: greet clients, assist with class bookings, answer questions, and manage the client experience.
• Fuel Bar: prepare orders, assist customers, and maintain bar cleanliness and safety.
• Facility Maintenance: clean studios and common areas, restock supplies, and ensure sanitary conditions.
• Customer Service: maintain client database, engage with community events and drive client satisfaction.
