Job summary

Barry’s is seeking Client Specialists to be the first point of contact in our studios. You will assist clients with class selections, bookings, and questions, while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment and representing the Barry’s brand with enthusiasm.

You will handle front desk tasks, Fuel Bar duties, and light facility maintenance, delivering exceptional hospitality and building lasting client relationships across all interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong hospitality and customer service mindset.
• Available for full-time or part-time schedules including some weekends.
• Able to maintain high cleanliness and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: manage client interactions, bookings and inquiries with a welcoming attitude.
• Fuel Bar: prepare and serve quality smoothies and handle orders via POS.
• Facility Maintenance: clean, restock, and sanitize studio spaces and equipment.
• Customer Service: maintain client relationships and assist with events or programs.
• Attend trainings and uphold Barry’s brand standards.
