Job summary

Schloegel Design Remodel in Kansas City is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to welcome clients, connect with people, and keep projects moving from the first conversation.

You will manage client communications, schedule consultations, coordinate CRM data, and support the sales and marketing teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients by phone, email, and in person.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.
• Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales support, or another client-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with new leads, qualify project opportunities, and schedule consultations for our Design-Build and Handyman teams.
• Manage client communication and follow-up throughout the customer journey, from the first inquiry through project completion and warranty.
• Maintain accurate client, lead, appointment, and project information in our CRM.
• Support the sales team with scheduling, presentation materials, project documentation, reminders, and follow-up.
• Coordinate client communications including surveys, review follow-up, postcards, letters, and other scheduled touchpoints.
• Support marketing efforts including client events, campaigns, communications, and other projects that help strengthen the Schloegel brand and client experience.
• Help create a welcoming, organized office experience for clients, visitors, and the internal team.
