SPS is seeking a Concierge Associate to be the face of the office in Kansas City, MO. You will deliver a welcoming, elevated, and personalized experience for colleagues, clients, guests, and vendors.

This role goes beyond traditional reception, focusing on hospitality, proactive service, and creating memorable workplace moments. You will support daily operations and collaborate with Workplace Experience teams to ensure a smooth, polished environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work assigned schedules.
• Ability to lift/move up to 40–60 lbs. with cart assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or sit for extended periods.
• Manual dexterity to operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all guests and employees.
• Manage visitor registration and meeting room bookings using workplace technology.
• Track guest preferences and accommodate special requests creatively.
• Partner with Workplace Experience and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional reception environment.
• Anticipate needs and resolve issues proactively.
