Job summary

MetTel, a global communications solutions provider, is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our Operations Team in Salt Lake City. You will handle inbound calls and emails, resolve issues, and provide product information to customers while documenting interactions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of customer service or account management, familiarity with telecom services, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Service or Account Management experience.
• Experience with telecommunications service providers a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customers’ emails.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints.
• Identify and take ownership of issues and escalate to supervisors as necessary.
• Provide product and service information to customers.
• Document all call information according to SOPs.
• Follow up on customer calls when necessary.
