Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of client service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Bank to clients in person, by phone or email.
• Greet clients and provide exceptional service in person and by telephone.
• Provide accurate information regarding bank products, policies and procedures.
• Open new Business and Consumer accounts and explain products/services.
• Refer client needs to other lines of business (e.g., Mortgage, Investments).
• Process transactions in person and by phone/email (payments, transfers, address changes).
• Perform teller duties: balance cash daily, identify referral opportunities, adhere to laws and policies.
