Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to learn new banking platforms and processes.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work weekends or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Executes the bank’s risk culture and strives for operational excellence
• Builds relationships with clients to meet financial needs
• Follows established processes to do what is right for clients and the bank
• Grows knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
• Manages center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls
• Drives the client experience
• Manages cash responsibilities
