Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service channels.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently as needed.
• Build relationships to meet clients' financial needs and goals.
• Follow processes and comply with laws and regulations in daily activities.
• Develop knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending and investments.
• Manage center traffic, appointments and outbound calls to drive the client experience.
• Support weekend and extended hours as required, within reasonable distance of centers.
