Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
• Demonstrated sales experience and cash handling skills preferred.
• Compliance with laws and bank policies is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently for clients.
• Develop relationships to meet clients' financial needs and connect them to solutions.
• Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure right outcomes for clients and the bank.
• Support client experience and manage cash responsibilities within the center.
