Job summary

Bank of America is hiring a client-facing associate to educate customers on self-service banking options and assist with cash transactions in the lobby. You will engage clients, assess their financial needs, and connect them with appropriate solutions while following bank policies.

The role supports a high standard of client experience and operational excellence. Candidates should be able to work weekends or extended hours, and adapt to dynamic daily workflows across the Financial Center.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions.

• Build relationships and partner with bank experts to meet client needs.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls to support clients.
