Job summary

Truist in Nashville seeks a Regular customer service professional to process client transactions accurately and maintain records, while delivering a superior service experience. You will educate clients on digital banking, support outbound calling, and assist Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to tailor solutions for client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies for compliance.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
