Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outreach, checking offers, and referring clients to specialists.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in leadership routines and maintain policy compliance.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
