Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years teller, cash handling or client service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Promote Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
