Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of sales or customer service experience advised.
• College degree is a plus or equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience and build long-term relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile/ATM features.
• Resolve simple to moderate client issues with high satisfaction.
• Process teller transactions and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
• Comply with internal controls, audit, security, and regulatory policies.
