Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to assist walk-in customers in achieving their financial goals. You will retain and grow consumer and business client relationships by identifying needs, recommending deposit products, and other banking services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and provide exemplary service while adhering to bank policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
• Banking or financial services experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle cash and use mobile/online banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
• Demonstrate sales, service, and relationship management skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
