Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with clients and prospects.
• Proficient with PC keyboard and software for branch automation; able to multi-task.
• Able to travel for temporary staffing needs or locale changes.
• Willingness to work weekends and extended hours; some travel/overnights possible.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales process via outbound calls and client outreach.
• Identify client needs or opportunities and refer to branch team or specialist.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Continue training to enhance product knowledge for consumer and business clients.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures, and risk management policies.
