Job summary

Bank of America Corporation is seeking a customer-focused teller/client associate to engage clients in the lobby, educate them on self-service options, and process cash transactions accurately. You will build relationships to meet financial needs while working with teams across small business, lending, and investments.

You will follow established guidelines, handle cash responsibilities, and provide a positive client experience.

• Will follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations
• Efficiently manages time and capacity
• Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client
• Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance
