Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in Scranton who will deliver welcoming, customer‑focused service and use modern banking tools to help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll greet clients, open accounts, educate on digital options, and build trusted relationships across the branch team.

In this role you’ll handle account servicing, assist with transactions, and navigate regulatory requirements while maintaining a high standard of hospitality and teamwork.

Formación

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.
• Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely to understand and help.
