Interactive Brokers in Chicago is seeking a Client Experience specialist to assist clients by phone, email, and chat, guiding them through our trading tools and core account features.

You will troubleshoot account management, funding, and trading activity, collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams, and identify opportunities to improve processes while delivering fast, accurate support.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or early-career professional with 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, finance, or technology role.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat, delivering quick, clear, and accurate support.
• Guide users through our trading tools, from buying their first share to navigating complex multi-asset strategies.
• Troubleshoot issues with account management (statement review, permissions, tax, etc.), funding, and trading activity while finding smart and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve our processes and tools and share them with the team.
• Embodies company values through compassionate communication and deep product knowledge, resolving concerns with speed and thoroughness.
