Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, STEM, or related field preferred.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional with 1–3 years in a customer-facing, finance or technology role.
• Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide users through trading tools from buying their first share to multi-asset strategies.
• Troubleshoot account management, funding, and trading activity issues and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools and share them with the team.
• Represent the company with compassionate communication and deep product knowledge.
