Job summary

Abhealthnetwork seeks a Client Experience Coordinator to build strong relationships with Victory Bay Recovery Center clients and manage alumni programs. The role includes coordinating alumni events and maintaining communications with alumni while supporting clinical and admissions teams.

Collaborative duties require attendance at clinical meetings, liaison with staff, and flexible hours to meet client needs and event schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years experience in a Drug & Alcohol Treatment Facility.
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• Narcan training preferred.
• Crisis Prevention Institute Certification within first 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Relationship building with clients across all Victory Bay Recovery Center programs.
• Actively blocking AMAs.
• Coordinate alumni events and monthly/quarterly gatherings.
• Attend Clinical Meetings and Huddles; collaborate with Admissions and Clinical teams to support referrals.
• Maintain communications with alumni and manage social presence for alumni groups.
