Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Client Engineer & Operations Specialist to support enterprise client management platforms and coordinate ticket visibility in Cleveland, OH. You will administer platforms, assist OS deployment, manage policies, and help with automation.

3+ years of client support or engineering, PowerShell basics, and strong communication are required. Travel up to 10% and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds may be needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of client support or engineering experience.
• Experience with client management technologies.
• Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Understanding of device lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with enterprise security controls.
• Strong oral and written communications skills.
• Experience monitoring ticket queues and coordinating follow-up.
