Qualifications

• 3+ years of client support or engineering experience.
• Experience with client management technologies.
• Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge.
• Understanding of device lifecycle management.

• CompTIA A+ or MCDST preferred.
• Hardware System experience with Intel-based PCs, Dell, Apple, printers.
• Windows and Macintosh operating systems.
• Microsoft Office and security software knowledge.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience monitoring ticket queues and coordinating follow-up across technical teams.
• Experience coordinating remote-site equipment and technology service needs.
• Experience coordinating procurement and renewal of hardware/software/subscriptions.
