Responsibilities

Create and facilitate meaningful, engaging activities that promote client well-being, social connection, personal growth, and community involvement.
Coordinate a variety of recreational, educational, wellness, and community-based activities, including arts and crafts, physical activities, workshops, and field trips, ensuring activities are inclusive and responsive to client interests and needs.
Provide general support to program staff through resource coordination, client engagement, and assistance with hotline calls and other program-related needs.
Collaborate with staff and community partners to connect clients with resources and services and create a welcoming, client-centered environment.
