Nuveen seeks a Client Relationship Specialist to support the TIAA Kaspick relationship management team by implementing a scalable framework for managing client engagements. You will drive standardized routines, leverage CRM data, and coordinate resources to deepen client relationships and align with business objectives.

You will partner with leadership to roll out engagement strategies, measure outcomes, and promote best practices across teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management or similar roles.
• Experience in nonprofit sector preferred.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of a scalable client relationship framework for the TIAA Kaspick team.
• Drive client engagement using standardized routines, CRM data, and reporting.
• Coordinate resources and drive engagement to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver client engagement strategies and accountability.
• Track metrics and share best practices across partners.
