Allstar Chauffeured Services is seeking a confident, service-driven professional to join our Client Engagement team in Troy, MI. This full-time, on-site role focuses on converting inbound inquiries into confirmed reservations by understanding client needs and quoting accurately.

The ideal candidate excels in communication, customer service, and sales, manages multiple requests in a fast-paced office, and collaborates with operations to ensure exceptional chauffeured service.

ALLSTAR Chauffeured Services provides premium transportation for executives, corporate travelers, and private clients worldwide. We are growing and looking for a confident, service driven professional to join our Client Engagement team.

This is not a cold calling role. All inquiries are inbound from clients already looking for transportation. Your role is to respond quickly, understand the client’s needs, prepare accurate quotes, follow up on open opportunities, and turn inquiries into confirmed reservations.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping clients, communicating with confidence, and being rewarded for strong performance.

Schedule

Tuesday through Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Saturday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Full time, on site

What You Will Do

• Respond to inbound phone and email inquiries

Preferred Experience

• Corporate travel, luxury service, or transportation experience is helpful
