Job summary

Sysco Tolleson is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to support sales by servicing orders, addressing customer issues, and collaborating with outside sales teams. You will contact customers by phone, identify needs, and ensure timely order placement using the sales system.

Upselling opportunities and problem resolution are part of the role. The position requires 1+ year in sales or telemarketing and aBachelor's degree or equivalent or a High School diploma with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience using sales tools and techniques.
• 2+ years' prior Telemarketing or Sales experience.
• Working knowledge of Sysco product categories.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Engagement by enabling the sales org to provide service options (Sysco Market, Sysco Mobile).
• Collaborate with district team to enhance customer experience and drive results.
• Call customers to identify product needs and place orders in the assigned system.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve problems.
• Upsell products where appropriate.
• Assist Market Associates with Order Guide maintenance and data uploads.
