You will coordinate cross-functional delivery, conduct business reviews, and build long-term partnerships while managing onboarding, SLAs, and dashboards. This fully remote role offers growth opportunities and a strong client-focus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in client success, account management, or program management.
• Background in cybersecurity, IT services, or managed services industry.
• Proven track record of managing enterprise client relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience with CRM and project management tools.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them for business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
